Laura Ruhnke has been active in the community since 1985, connecting 55 plus individuals with the right clients. I met her because I designed her site, but while working with her, I learned it was a family business catering to just the needs of the Leisure Communities, in Ridge, NY. What struck me so wonderfully is that the employees she hires to work in her office are actual residents in the 3 communities. She values them. When I observed her with the staff at each of the communities it was obvious she was more than just the realtor who sells properties, but she is honestly well-liked, well-respected, and invited, to be there. She goes out of her way to make every individual feel like they part of this one big community, that they can always come to her for answers, and if she doesn’t know, she finds out. I was impressed. I was impressed enough to recommend her realty to those I know who are looking, may be looking or otherwise.
