Croxley Ales Won Best Wings on Long Island!
Croxley Ales
Multiple locations

The tasty wings here are available only with the traditional Buffalo-style hot sauce with varying degrees of heat. But what sets these babies apart are the shear meatiness. No little wings here. These are thick with chicken, not overly fried, and impossible to stop eating.

While the wings may be okay, the wings don’t make up for the fact that the service and attitude of the staff is horrendous at the Farmingdale location!!! Each time I have been there I have been treated like dirt by the waitstaff. Believe me, I’m not looking for 5 star service (b/c Croxley’s is certainly not a 5 star place) but I do expect for politeness and just decent service! Instead, they are rude and obnoxious, and all walk around with a huge chip on their shoulder! Because of that, I’ll spend my money elsewhere!
just wing it, long beach
JUST WING IT, LONG BEACH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just Wing It in Long Beach Best Wings around
Smokin’ Al’s in Bay Shore has wings that blow everyone’s away. Any temp you like, and they actually are the whole big wing. Not the little dinky wingettes.
Grow up. Best 3 spots on LI are The Cornerstone in Mineola, Post Office Cafe in Babylon and Billy’s Beach Cafe in Long Beach.
What self respecting wing guy would go to a place called Wing Zone?
Johnny Malone’s in Wantagh has some awsome wings, Running wing speacials on monday nights even during football..
Try the wings at Houlihans in farmingdale, thai wings or buffalo
ive been to croxleys and gotten wings in a lot of places on long island and i swear to god these are the best ive ever had.. i didnt think a chain restaurant like that would have great wings but they really do
How WingZone even makes this list amazes me. They aren’t even close to decent wings. I’ll be trying Croxley’s today, but I don’t have high hopes.
Hurricane grill and wings Levittown! Over 30 flavors of wings!
Hurricane grill and wings 3345 Hempstead turnpike Levittown! Over 30 flavors of wings!
Rc Dugans Wings are the BEST I ever tasted. I’ve been to many of these place’s and some are good but not great. I actually think Outback makes a great Wing. Croxleys has 10 cent Wings so people vote for them but there not the best. There dry from being pre-cooked and have limited variety’s. Its also VERY annoying to go there with all there rules. Ive been there a few times and haven’t been impressed. Try Rc Dugans there awesome and only .25 cents on Monday & Wednesday Nights.
without a doubt the cornerstone in mineola has the best bbq wings just as great as the very much missed fulton st pub in farmingdale
Croxley’s & Wings Over I get – both are terrific…but wing zone? not even in the same league, they’re rubbery, fatty, and just plain mediocre compared to the the other two listed here
I’ve been a fan of Hurricane’s for years, hit a few of them in fla when they first opened. Guys, is a guy who drinks Blue Moon with a fruit slice floater a beer drinker? Hell no! And anyone who touts a wing joint because it has X amount of flavors aint a wing guy.
Had a solid plate at Trinity in Floral Park the other day. Not great, solid.
Can anyone tell my why Queens is a black hole for wings? I’ve been sampling for 10 years, haven’t come across anything higher than a 6.
DONNIGANS IN SOUTH HEMPSTEAD ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
