The only problem with being surrounded by amazing beaches here on Long Island-bathing suit season. Just like Fergie, we need to work on our fitness. Here are some of the best gyms where you can do it.

Sandy from Studio G pilates got me into the best shape of my life for my wedding this past summer. Every single person that looked at my pictures noticed the difference, and most of all, I noticed a difference pretty quickly. Now she’s doing the same to help me stay in shape during my pregnancy. I have never looked forward to working out before, but if I could, I would come to Studio G seven days a week!
