Chocolate was originally considered a delicacy and is still considered a favorite indulgence today. It induces happiness and goes well with coffee. What’s not to love about it? Across Long Island, there are many, many chocolatiers to choose from. But which is the Best Chocolatier on Long Island? Here are this year’s winners of Best Chocolatier on Long Island.
Long Islanders Voted Bon Bons Chocolatier in Huntington Best Chocolatier on Long Island!

A Taste of Home’s Sweet Shop is indeed one of a kind. It offers specially made chocolates for every holiday from Chanukah to St. Patrick’s Day. Don’t forget to try the chocolate bark with almonds or the chocolate lollipops…both will have you waiting on line for seconds!

You know that episode of I Love Lucy where she’s sticking all the chocolates in her mouth? Well, that’s pretty much how you’ll feel when you walk into Emile’s. “Taste of Home”? Seriously? They’re an unexceptional bakery, not a chocolatier.
That Azure Chocolate and Choco’laj aren’t in this list… I don’t know what to say.
Taste of Home is filthy. Went there for a possible wedding cake, it was dirty, bugs flying around in the candy area, baked goods were nothing to write home about, and owner looked disheveled.
