The Mastic Beach Property Owners Association Marina is the best marina on Long Island. Pump out stations, water, electric, clean, security, close to Moriches Bay Inlet, membership to association which includes clubhouse and bar. Many events. All run by volunteers all for $37 a foot! It’s the best docking deal around!
